1- WHAT IS LIVE PERSONALIZATION?
Live personalization consists of creating unique objects in real time for your guests, clients or team members through artistic interventions carried out on site.
In practice, one or several artists work within a dedicated space to personalize different supports: leather, textile, objects or accessories. Each piece is created on demand, according to the person’s choice, whether it is a calligraphed name, initials, a motif or a symbol.
This approach transforms a simple object into a personal creation, made in front of the person who receives it.
Beyond the technique itself (painting, engraving, pyrography, calligraphy…), it is above all a human interaction: an exchange, a moment, a thoughtful attention.
2- WHY DOES IT WORK SO WELL?
A HUMAN EXPERIENCE FIRST
The presence of an artist completely changes the nature of the interaction. It moves the experience away from a standard event or retail setting and creates a direct, simple and genuine exchange.
This moment naturally creates proximity and captures attention.
A STRONG PERCEIVED VALUE
A personalized object made live is very different from a standard giveaway. It becomes unique, created for one person, and carries intention.
That attention is what creates value.
A REAL IMPACT ON YOUR EVENT
Live personalization generates:
- engagement
- time spent on site
- shareable content (photos, social media)
Guests leave with an object, but above all with a memory.

3- HOW DOES A PROJECT WORK?

1. Initial contact
Everything starts with a conversation. We prefer calls or video meetings so we can properly understand your project and avoid approximations.
2. Brief
Some information is essential:
- date and duration
- location
- number of participants
- type of event
- planned supports
The clearer these elements are, the more accurate the project can be.
3. Quote
A quote is prepared based on these parameters. It defines the project both in terms of organization and artistic direction.
4. Validation
The service is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit (50%), which allows us to secure the artists and the necessary resources.
5. Artistic direction
We provide concrete references based on real projects.
Once the project is confirmed, styles are defined and a mini-catalogue can be created to guide guests on the day of the event.
6. Preparation
Depending on the project, tests or prototypes can be produced, especially when the support is specific.
7. Event day
The artists arrive in advance to set up.
The activation then runs continuously, with direct interaction with the guests.
4. POSSIBLE SUPPORTS
We have developed strong expertise in leather, but live personalization can be applied to a wide variety of supports.
More specific formats are also possible, such as bicycle or motorcycle helmets, trophies, body painting and custom event objects.
We have worked on several hundred different supports, which allows us to advise you effectively according to your constraints and goals.

Leather
- leather goods
- luggage tags
- small wallets
- accessories

Textile
- tote bags
- t-shirts
- caps
- clothing

Objects
- mugs
- water bottles
- notebooks
- candles
- promotional objects

Objects premium
- perfume bottles
- suitcases

5. WHAT TO PLAN AHEAD
Work area
Ideally:
- 1.50 m to 1.80 m table
- 70–80 cm depth
We adapt to each configuration, but a comfortable workspace greatly improves quality and flow.
Artist comfort
- avoid high tables
- avoid low armchairs
- prioritize a stable working posture
Lighting & storage
Good lighting is essential so the artist can work properly, especially during evening events.
Plan a dedicated area to place the personalized objects once completed.

6. FLOW MANAGEMENT
For high-volume events, organization is essential.
WHY?
An artist cannot efficiently create and take orders at the same time.
SOLUTION
- plan a dedicated person (host/hostess)
- use a simple order sheet
- keep the system fluid
KEY TIP:
Limit the options:
fewer choices = faster execution
more visual consistency
7. PACE & NUMBER OF ARTISTS
EACH TYPE OF PERSONALIZATION HAS ITS OWN PACE:
- simple calligraphy: a few minutes
- painted initials: 10 to 20 minutes
THE SETUP DEPENDS ON:
- the number of guests
- the type of creation
- the level of detail
We always adapt:
→ the style
→ the number of artists
→ the organization

OUR ADVICE
With experience, some choices make all the difference:
Limited designs
Limit the number of proposed styles
Limited color palette
Use 1 to 2 colors to improve efficiency
Preparation
Prepare part of the work in advance
Optimize
Choose supports adapted to the expected volume
Example: preparing caps with a background in advance, then adding only the calligraphy on the event day
can significantly increase output without compromising visual impact.
